Hanna Aleinikova is a Ukrainian photographer based in Portugal. Her practice explores the relationship between the human body, space, and perception. Working primarily with photography, she is interested in how people inhabit and respond to their surroundings, and how the environment can transform the way the body is seen and experienced. Her approach moves between portraiture, documentary observation, and contemporary photographic practice, often using minimal compositions, fragments of the body, silhouettes, and natural or architectural spaces. Rather than focusing on identity, she explores presence, movement, and the subtle dialogue between human beings and their environment. Since moving to Portugal in 2022, Aleinikova has developed a growing body of personal projects alongside her professional work as a photographer. Her work has been presented in group and solo exhibitions in Portugal, including the Municipal Museum of Figueira da Foz and the Sea Museum of Figueira da Foz.
