Samuel Adeleke

I’m Adeleke Samuel, a self-taught Nigerian photographer and visual storyteller based in Northern Nigeria. I started photography out of curiosity and gradually found it becoming a way for me to understand and interpret the world around me. My work moves between documentary, street, conceptual, portrait, and editorial photography, often exploring culture, identity, people, and everyday experiences. I enjoy experimenting with different visual approaches rather than limiting myself to one genre. From documenting cultural celebrations like the Zaria Durbar to creating conceptual stories around identity, connection, and human experience, I’m interested in images that carry meaning beyond what is immediately seen. Through LekePOV, I’m building a body of work that reflects my perspective, experiences, and continuous growth as a photographer.
