What drives me is honesty. I want photographs that present people as they are — weathered, complicated, and fully present — without smoothing away history or hardship. I am drawn to the quiet moments where expression and posture reveal commitment, fatigue, stubbornness or tenderness. Influences come from documentary practice, family albums, and the small vernacular moments of street life; I borrow their directness and apply it to interiors and private encounters. My aim is to convey a sense of long effort and unspoken responsibility rather than to dramatize suffering.
