Thatched home 2022-2026 Medium format and Polaroid emulsion 30x30 A series of personal archival works for my new project fragmentia, oculations of reality, fragmented realities and memories of home from Tallinn to Manila, a mix of different Timelimes and reality showing layers of possibilities showing two different layers of medium of photography and technique. The works moves beyond the traditional lens and embracing the rejected frame, the layers shows how clarity dissolves against the material resistance, what remains is not a resolution, but tension. In this collection, the slip of a face or twist of a body doesn’t take away from its beauty, it adds a layer of elegant danger.
