Danilova Anna

Parvardá is inspired by the traditional Central Asian sweet of the same name and a childhood ritual of making it with my great-aunt. As hot sugar is stretched and folded, separate colours dissolve into one. Through fragmented photographs of intertwined female bodies, the series reflects on how identity is shaped by encounters with others, where memories, experiences, and differences gradually merge into a single self.
