One of my favorite aspects of visual expression is its ability to bridge the conscious and unconscious. I have long struggled with depression, and when I began this series, I had no clear intention. It was only when I stepped back and revisited the images that I realized how they depicted my experience with mental health. These photos have become a visual representation of the internal battle and the struggle to keep moving forward while feeling trapped within an invisible mesh.
