A contemporary art movement originating from abstract expressionism and turpism, engaging in a direct dialogue with the tradition of still life (Life After Still Life). Situated at the intersection of naturalism and minimalism, the movement focuses its inquiry upon the aesthetic and formal qualities of the post-prandial scene.
