I took this image of waves in Iceland with a drone for a series of video artworks I call "anthropoScenes". The name refers to the new geological epoch the planet entered in the last century, dragged out of the Holocene by a subset of humanity's incessant use of fossil fuels which warm our planet's atmosphere at a rate 100 to 1,000 times faster than any natural changes.
