In this self portrait, I emerge as if from a dream. My face drifts through shifting fields of color, half hidden and half revealed by a luminous haze. Light acts like a veil, both concealing and transforming me, dissolving the boundaries of my body until I become almost spectral. My portrait moves between reality and imagination, where identity feels fluid and untethered. What remains is a quiet apparition suspended in light, as if the image were a memory slowly rising from my subconscious.
