Against Itself The body folds into itself, withdrawing from recognition and resisting a fixed identity. Bent into a closed form, it exists as both presence and structure — at once vulnerable and self-contained. Stripped of context, the figure shifts from a subject to a shape, where the boundaries between body, gesture, and space begin to dissolve. The image lingers on this tension, questioning how the body can be seen, and how it chooses to remain partially hidden.
