Hyperactivity is a central trait of ADHD. In people assigned female at birth like me, this hyperactivity does not always appear as constant movement. It can instead take more socially acceptable forms: booking trips, starting multiple projects at once, making sudden life changes or oversharing personal information. This photo shows how I’ve tried to let my hyperactivity out for years: by constantly changing places and always booking new trips.
