Adedolapo Boluwatife (b. 1996) is a visual artist from Lagos, Nigeria. With a background in English Language and Literary Studies, his interest in photography was shaped by exposure to avant-garde and contemporary African art. Photography and filmmaking are central to his practice, serving as tools to express personal experiences and engage with social and environmental realities. He explores themes of mental health, environmental/climate consciousness, identity, and the human relationship with nature. He is a LensCulture Critics’ Choice and Prazzle Inc. Galaxy Artist Grant recipient; second place, Art Partner CreateCOP29 Prize; finalist, Daniel Tagmani Foundation Grant and CAP Prize. His work has been exhibited and featured in publications globally including Vogue Philippines, La Repubblica, It’s Nice That, and nowness.
