Sussi Charlotte Alminde
Sussi’s journey into photography began in 2007, inspired by the birth of her daughter. What started as an enchanting way to capture her personal fascinations soon grew into a distinguished career. In 2012, she launched her business as a freelance photographer in Denmark.Today, Sussi is an internationally recognized photographer. She has distinguished herself four times at the prestigious Sony World Photography Awards. Most notably, she was named the 2025 Category Winner in "Objects". Her work within the global competition has also earned her the Sony Danish National Award in both 2021 and 2022, as well as a 2nd-place honor in 2017. Her photographs have been featured in group exhibitions worldwide, with a full history available on her website. Beyond the lens, she has worked as a cultural mediator and writer for the magazine Kulturinformation since 2022. Driven by a deep love for nature and children, Sussi is proud to be featured with Fotografiska Emerging.
