Lisbon — street photography. A solitary figure caught between the tangible and the ephemeral whilst the street dissolves into the golden orbs of twilight. The bokeh effect blurs the scene without erasing it, making the underlying urban uncertainties more apparent. The photograph seeks to explore the performative nature of everyday life: identities that fragment, merge and reform; a critical yet non-judgemental observation, open to possibilities.
