Should We Have Stayed At Home? Inspired by the dollhouse of Petronella Oortman, the model becomes a stage for contemporary reflections on home and the ways it is built in a world marked by unequal access to mobility. It explores questions of freedom and the search for a sense of belonging in a reality shaped by uncertainty. The visual language of the project, operating through the scale of miniature, the colour palette of identity documents, and the aesthetics of control, deconstructs historical systems of oppression, evoking memory and the mechanisms regulating the right to movement.
