Stefan Hessman

I am a Swedish fine art and documentary photographer working primarily in black and white. Through long-term documentary projects, poetic landscapes and contemplative visual storytelling, I explore themes of identity, belonging, memory and the relationship between people and place. My work moves between documentary observation and artistic interpretation, seeking to create photographs that invite reflection and foster a deeper connection with the world around us. My photographs have been exhibited internationally and recognized through several international photography awards.
