Bio

Lina Verkholantseva (b. 1993, Krasnodar, Russia) is a visual artist working across photography, video, and material-based image practices. Her work explores states of transition, motherhood, and the spaces between presence and absence. Through photography, objects, and installation, she investigates how images transform across different media and how materiality shapes perception. In 2026 she was recognized as an Editors' Pick in the LensCulture Portrait Awards and published in F-Stop Magazine.
