Valeriia Kozlov
Valeriia Kozlov (b. 1991, Kyiv, Ukraine) is a photographer currently based in Tallinn, Estonia. She studied artistic photography at the College of the National University of Technologies and Design in Kyiv, and later received a Bachelor’s degree in Photo & Video Design from the same university. While still a student, she took part in several local exhibitions. After graduation, Valeriia lived in Israel, where she twice participated in the national Photo of the Year exhibitions. Since 2021 she has been living in Estonia, focusing on creative projects and long-term series. In her work, she explores the interplay of vulnerability and strength, intimacy and distance, with a strong emphasis on light, shadow, and atmosphere.
