Katarzyna Janikowska Leett
I spent alluring 30 years in pre-press; I ran my own publishing house, a small ad agency and published a bridges magazine (my favourite child): fusion of engineering and humanism. With decent success and with love. However…, over these years I have taken 20 photos actually for myself, my children photos — several, been on holidays: 3 times :). Somewhere I felt out of breath. I felt like living a simple life, wandering around with a camera. I visited my son (studying this time in Aberystwyth). I fell in love with and in this place; not all in a one day. I changed my life almost overnight, moved from Poland to Wales and became a cleaner. That was it for a few years. However, tell God your plans :). I developed arthritis, everything changed in general, but THANKS TO IT, I can actually focus on photo's genres I like: unnoticed, everyday, decay, surreal-real stories. Until I can move my arms and head, especially head :). PS I'm scraps of life, liminal collector, books and stories lover.
