In partnership with IFA Berlin and Volkswagen R, we invite emerging image-makers to submit work that looks ahead and helps shape the future.
At a time of rapid technological and societal change, visual culture can help us make sense of the present and give shape to the future. This Open Call invites image-makers to take an active role in that conversation through work that inspires and visualizes what lies ahead.
Films like The Matrix, Terminator, and Minority Report envisioned digital systems, autonomous AI, and new forms of mobility long before they entered public debate. At the same time, photographs such as Dorothea Lange’s Migrant Mother show how a single image can bring urgent realities into public view and prompt action.
